so did i mention i just got a new dessert decorator?! best investment i ever made by far. so i decided to do a little experimenting and made vanilla cupcakes filled with cream cheese frosting..mm mmm good=] cant go wrong with a classic like vanilla..this recipe is to diee for!
makes about 24 cupcakes
ingredients:
1/2 c unsalted butter
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3 large eggs
1 c canola oil
1 c sour cream
2 t vanilla
1/2 vanilla bean
